Winter Clinics
GIRLS & BOYS
H.I.L.T - is all about fast paced lacrosse reps. Our coaches will be teaching skills on the fly and our players will be working hard throughout the 1 hr long session. Every drill will start off with a foot speed ladder, sprints and lacrosse specific moves. This is for lacrosse players that want to put hard work in preparation for the spring 2024 season.

college players and high school coaches
Players can sign up for multiple locations!

DRUSINSKY SPORTS MEDICINE UH
What: Players will get 1 hr HILT session and then 1 hr T3 Performance session

GIRLS & BOYS LAX 101 - LEARN TO PLAY
We welcome any new players who are interested in learning the great sport of lacrosse. We create a fun learning environment with competitions and skill building.
All you need is a Lacrosse Stick!
Who: 1st-6th Grade
