H.I.L.T - is all about fast paced lacrosse reps.  Our coaches will be teaching skills on the fly and our players will be working hard throughout the 1.5 hr long session.  Every drill will start off with a foot speed ladder, sprints and lacrosse specific moves.  This is for lacrosse players that wants to put hard work to prepare for the spring 2023 season.
